Do you travel for events?
Yes — VJBognot covers the Bay Area and is available for destination events worldwide. Travel fees may apply.
How long until we receive our photos/video?
Photography galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks. Edited video packages take 4–6 weeks depending on scope.
Do you offer same-day edits?
Yes, same-day highlight reels are available as an add-on for weddings and corporate events.
Can clients access photos from Google Photos?
Yes — your private gallery is synced via Google Photos. You can browse and purchase digital downloads from the Client Portal.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, ACH bank transfer, and Zelle. Invoices can be paid directly from your Client Portal.
